There is a certain level of risk in undertaking new job opportunities and learning new skills; I would like to say that David is a prime example of how those risks pay off in a positive way. Positive, not only for himself but the people whose lives he touches on a regular basis. I recently purchased a home in the Rogue River mobile home park that David manages…a feat I’d always thought too high above my ability however, David, eager to please and show that great things are possible, showed me a house right on the cusp of being on the market and within my budget. He immediately linked me up with the proper chain of command and we set in motion the purchase of my first home. Months later…I find I am pregnant with TWINS and struggling to work and make ends meet…I fell behind on my rent…David was quick with resources to guide me through acquiring the help and assistance I needed to maintain my home. As we kept in contact and more and more paperwork was required to get help, David remained patient, encouraging and maintained a fantastic level of empathy and stoicism throughout my entire journey. The twins came early and I fell further behind. Not one time did David lose his temper, he didn’t judge or chastise me. I wasn’t made to feel guilty. We talked through the processes of each step in obtaining assistance with professionalism and grace. To make a short review even longer I’ve lived many places under some extremely cruel people that had hidden agendas and were greedy and selfish. This is not the case my current park manager. He is prompt in returning calls or messages, offers his assistance in times of need or tribulation and when I’ve met with him in person has had a jovial attitude, and a personality that says “we can work this out together”. In terms of having a “landlord” I feel that David brings more of “kinship” type feel to the park and its tenants. I consider myself blessed to know that in this dog eat dog world of “lording” over tenants…I have one of the best guys around and I know I can count on him to ensure that his park is ran with integrity, compassion, grace, and respect. Thank you for leading with understanding and Empathy David!!!

David had shown me house's at both of his park's and was very knowledgeable about his communities. I'd be happy to have him as my manager at whichever property i end up at.

Beautiful park that is exceptionally clean and well cared for. The town itself is charming, and you can truly see the pride residents take in their homes. Katie is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and takes the time to answer questions with patience and genuine kindness. A wonderful place with a welcoming community atmosphere.

What I like most about this park is the sense of community. The neighbors look out for each other, it’s peaceful, and the grounds are always kept up. Management has been great to work with and communication is solid. Overall, a great environment for families and anyone who wants a quiet, safe place to live.

This park is starting to roll in the right direction again. Management is fairly new but appears to be figuring it out which the community is taking notice of. I like the changes I’m seeing!

Rose is the BEST! She is highly experienced and great at her job. I can recommend this park just based on how awesome the community leader is. She cares to do a good job and loves her residents.

Mechelle was the most amazing person to work with. She went above and beyond to help us out, answering every question and providing more information that I didn’t even think of asking. I’ve worked with other property management companies in the area that asked inconvenienced by your presence and some that don’t even return calls. That said, once again, Mechelle was AMAZING, and so helpful!! Thank You, Josh

Central Rouge Mobile Home Park is a nice community. Meet with the area manager Eddie, nice guy. Central Rouge is a small town with that small town feeling. Should stop by to see this area if you are thinking of relocating.
